It’s a beautiful thing when a career and a passion come together. Incentive Theory Events was founded by Ali LeBlanc, who brings years of event experience (20 and counting) and a slight travel addiction (45 countries and counting) together to create custom incentive travel programs for her clients.
A self-proclaimed citizen of the world, Ali holds dual citizenship in Canada and the United States, and previously called the United Kingdom home. Over the better part of the past 2 decades, Ali has wound her way around the world, planning events across industries including law, energy, finance and technology.
Holding two industry designations – CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) and CIS (Certified Incentive Specialist) – Ali got her start in events working on the supplier side with a winery group in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. Quickly realizing she wanted to be the one planning events globally, she relocated to London, England and started collecting stamps in her passport. A transfer took her to NYC, where the events and stamps continued, as they still do, now settled in Buffalo, NY.
